Rajesh Verma is the Founder and Chief Mud Engineer of KCS Drilling Fluids, a reputable organization specializing in drilling fluids and chemical solutions. With extensive 25 years of experience in mud engineering solutions and adapting to various drilling conditions, Rajesh has proven his leadership skills and effective communication.
Having worked at KMC Oil tools India Pvt. Ltd. as a drilling fluid engineer and project coordinator since 2018, Rajesh's expertise spans over a decade, including roles as a Lead Mud Engineer and coordinator at Q Max Solution Inc and Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids India.
Throughout his career, Rajesh has demonstrated proficiency in handling various drilling complexities, such as shale stability in high-angle wells, loss control in depleted zones, and drilling with non-damaging fluids. His achievements include successfully controlling drilling activities in high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP), and Coal Bed Methane (CBM) wells.
Rajesh holds an MSc in organic chemistry and possesses sound knowledge of advanced software, Excel mud reports, and mud recaps. His confident and result-oriented approach is evident in his ability to deliver efficient solutions and maintain exemplary coordination with rig site personnel.
